    making new ornaments

december plan....

                                 tidy up

                                   walk 

                                then play

    tidy up -  i am not a good housekeeper, so i'm not

    gonna say ( clean ) .  in a book I read they kept a 

    tidy house, which made me feel good and i can 

    just picture all kinds of cute there.

    walk - surely I can walk 30 minutes a day!! i'm workin

    up to 10,000 steps a day, and I know it's not impossible.

    then play - though some play has to stop. stayin on the 

    internet for hours on pinterest, on facebook, on instagram

    which means an awful lot of sitting. so the play i'm talkin 

    about is knitting, crocheting, drawing or being crafty in any 

    way.

   my motivation is all the crafty plans I have in my head

   so I started today

   tidy up

   walk

   then play

working in my room...

           

    i moved around my art room and bought an ott lamp

    so I could see better

    i tried it out this morning, sewing up my granny 

    squares

    then sewing the rows on

    while i was in there I took some pictures 

    it's pretty in here

    with all my favorite things

    and all my favorite colors

    books and toys

    quite a nice place to work

    

    And listen to pandora 

    makes me smile

knitting...

finally it's beginning

to look like a scarf

a new look.....

sometimes you just have to change things up, don't you

new colors and fonts are sooo much fun

i think this is just the beginning

anyway.... isn't this the prettiest wreath?

i saw it at my favorite shop in town...the vintage rose...

these were outside

i haven't ever seen this many of them together

such a nice color

at home I found some doodle bug holes

but had no luck stirring them up

a random post for a cloudy monday

stuff I did this weekend

rode the four wheeler 

down country roads

and on the farm

through pretty woods

picked some pears along the way

welcoming fall on a nice cool day

then home to cozy up and crochet

sunday

        crocheting

        mr darcy in my lap

        listening to pandora 

        so nice

        my stacks are growing

        it's fun to spread it all out

           i can't wait to sew it all up and use it
